How does Creatio telephony integration work?
The integration connects your telephony platform (Twilio, RingCentral, Five9, etc.) to Creatio through the platform's API and Creatio's connector framework. When a call comes in, the telephony system sends a webhook to Creatio with the caller ID. Creatio matches it to a contact and triggers a screen pop showing the contact record, recent activities, and open cases. Agents click any phone number in Creatio to dial out. Every call is automatically logged as a Creatio activity with duration, recording link, and disposition. Power dialer campaigns auto-advance through call lists. IVR selections route calls to the right agent team based on Creatio role assignments.
